KEvery day is the same battle. Breakfast is fine, she's always saying she's hungry but come lunch or tea (actual meal times) she refuses to eat. It's driving me insane. It's no wonder she always says she's tired and has a tummy ache. Help mummies!
P.s we don't normally have what I call 'freezer tea'.

I used to have a boy a bit like this. And now he's 6'4. So honestly, don't worry. Make sure she isn't snacking so she genuinely is hungry at mealtimes and then walk away and ignore it. Easier said than done, I know, but it doesn't last forever :)
Thank you. I'm trying to relax a bit but its tricky!
My boys were 'grazers' which apparently is a more natural way to eat. I used to put out/offer fruit and veg during the day to 'snack' on and then do smaller dinners. Basically I fed them lunch/tea in parts over the day.
