Baby spam

Friday was the big day but unfortunately I was last on a list of 4 mummies to be. Due to emergencies, I didnt go down until 1430, which meant not having eaten for 20 long hours.
Rosalind Sophia Irena Kaye was born 1535 weighing in at just over 3kg, or 6lb 8 in old money. She was a proper folded in half breech, and my first view of her was a pair of wrinkly feet.
First night was a rough one, lots and lots of pain, next morning was awful as I had a lot of Oromorph in my system. But we go there eventually and came home today.
Ella loves her new sister and even the cat is fairly interested.

My heart..

Firstly, apologies for the terrible light. Its a grey day out there.
Secondly, look! I managed to work out how to scrapbook with a huge baby bump. And about the bump no less! It seems lap is the way to go.
I used bits and pieces from my Quirky Kit Lite, both recent and older, as well as adding project life cards and some stickers from Paperchase.

So close...

So as of today I am 38 weeks and 4 days. Two days ago I received the frustrating news that baby two is breech, asher sister was before her. Unfortunately this now means my choices for labour are basically non existent, as the NICE guidelines state that breech births need to be delivered via c section, and consequently, there are very few midwives and drs experienced or willing to attempt natural deliveries.
Not a happy mummy bunny.

Great Western Brick Show

Or 'lego show in the Steam museum which was overpriced'.
This was suposed to be the biggest lego and brick show in the country, held in the Steam museum. So really entry got you into the museum and the lego show. There were lots of impressive models, things to buy, and of course, big steam trains.
