Today the new sketch went up over at twisted sketches, and the twist this week was 'clean'. having just had my hair cut, it gave me the perfect photo op!!

yesterday i got ANOTHER blythe doll! (sorry for those of you that dont like them, picture following). She's a CanCanCat and had horribly greasy box hair. So one hair wash later i also changed her lashes. I found a necklace in town with a cute bottle on with a piece of paper saying 'once upon a time' for her pull charm. im calling her Mab, as in the Queen of the Winter Faeries from a Jim Butcher book.

I have discovered another way to get my Starbucks coffee fix.

This stuff is really chocolatey and yummy and cheaper than a tall cup in store.

and this little fella was sitting right outside my garage. when i came close he flew onto my car bonnet and discovered that cars are hot when just parked!

i havent really been doing much here, hence the lack of updates. in fact i seem to have been just working. which sucks.
i got my new blythe dolls on tuesday. Here they are with my other three:

they really stand out!! Mango is now called Elidee and Guava is Maeve.
*ive bought a few new scrappy products but nothing much, added a bit to my polaorid 'me' album and worked some more.
*ive been checking up on the new house me and marcus want, which hasnt even been built yet. im determined WE WILL get the house so keep going down to find out if they've started yet.

*and just because, heres my new girlie converse and some Toms, which ive decided to buy next payday.

ive added a poll for the week. i had my invoice for mango and guava but am unsure if i actually want both girls. help! the photo is on this post. mango has the orange hair, guava the pink.

edit: oops i pressed the pay button. so im getting both but might not keep both.

sketch 43

seeing as tomorrow i will be at university scared and nervous about an assessment, i though i would share sketch 43 from twisted sketches with you now.

i was really pleased with this one! scrap mojo is still on holiday but showing itself every now and then.

im a wee bit nervous about my assessment on wednesday. there's no way i can describe it but it's like a scenario where i have to walk in and assess a child, but it has to be done in a certain order. i had funny dreams about it last night.

I would much rather be playing Final Fantasy XII.

new stash ideas

i have decided i am in a scrapping rut. i look at at the papers out there and am not feeling any of them at the moment. i have decided what i would like is a kit to kick start my mojo again, and im after some suggestions. i have a few sites saved but again, none are inspiring me. i used to love the variety from Sweet Spuds but they closed and as far as i know, remain so.

Your mission, blog readers, is to find me something to get the creativity flowing again.
