I just had to scrap this photo after hearing the news...

When we went to Cornwall, we had a cream tea at a place called Helford. 3 weeks later it was on the news. The biggest sea mine ever found had been discovered in the Helford river, right where we had been!!

wow this week i've scrapped and i've baked! amazing!! These yummy cookies are peanut butter and choc chip. I was inspired to make these after reading this blog post by Leanne...and also by watching the latest series of The Great British Bake Off!! I didnt use as much peanut butter as Leanne; I only used half a jar of crunchy peanut butter, but they dont taste any the worse for it!!

Saturday. Sleep deprivation had finally gotten the better of me.

One, Eleanor aged 6 months.

Not as much as i used to.

I dont think there is a first thing..although im quick to judge.

oxford. same hospital i now work at!

i crochet, scrapbook...oh and play roller derby!!

a black and white cat called Darwin.

i dont tend to have favourites..just films that suit the mood.

we've stated weaning and today Ella enjoyed some cucumber in the Asda cafe.

 

after a cold, brisk walk home, we had playtime in the inflatable ring. the fluffy thing ella is holding is a cat from Jellycat which looks like Darwin, our furbaby.

the three of us have just gotten back from a few days in Cornwall. it wasnt the most successful as Eleanor refused to sleep, but it was still lovely to spend time with my friend who lives there.
